1 pound of crab meat
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
1 pound shrimp, cooked
8 ounces mushrooms, diced
1 cup celery, diced
salt and pepper, to taste
onion salt, to taste
1 T Worcestershire
3 T sherry or lemon juice
1 tsp lemon rind, grated
1 cup sharp cheese, grated
buttered bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Beat eggs until frothy and blend in mayonnaise[ add all other ingredients except bread crumbs. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart greased casserole. Top with buttered crumbs and bake for 30-40 minutes or for 25 minutes in individual; casseroles.

I discovered this recipe while living in Virginia where the seafood is plentiful. This has been a hit every time I made it.
