48 oz. mushrooms (washed and clean)
1.c. butter
2 c. sugar
10 oz. soy sauce
1 ½ c water
½ c. cooking sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer soy sauce, water, and sherry.
Add butter and sugar.
Cook until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over mushrooms in crock pot.
Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours.
