1 package frozen butternut squash, thawed
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
dash nutmeg
3 beaten eggs
4 tbsp. melted butter
2 cups milk
dash cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and beat until smooth. Pour into a greased souffle' dish. Bake at 350 degrees, 50-60 minutes or until an inserted knife comes clear from the center.
