4 ox. chopped Proscuitto
4 oz. chopped Bacon
4 Tbsp chopped yellow onion
1 Tbsp chopped garlic
6 large leaves fresh basil chopped
8 oz Vodka
16 oz. chicken broth
32 oz. Tomato sauce
Grated Romano cheese.

Directions:
In a saucepan cook bacon until done. Add proscuitto and onions. Cook 2-3 minutes until onions are tender. Add garlic and basil. Cook one minute. Add vodka, Using a match, flame vodka being careful to not burn yourself. When flames subside add chicken broth, heavy cream and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer 15 - 20 minutes on very low heat. Turn off heat and add Romano cheese to thicken sauce to your liking. Serve over your favorite pasta
