32 medium fresh mushrooms about 2 lbs
all purpose flour to coat
salt and pepper
2 eggs
1 tsp water
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Trim mushrooms. Rinse and drain. Dredge in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Beat eggs with water and oil. Coat mushrooms in egg mixture then coat with bread crumbs. Let stand until ready to cook.

Heat oil to 375 º. Add mushrooms and cook until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
