Ingredients:  
1 cup yellow cornmeal
cup flour
1 T baking powder
t salt to taste
1 egg
- 1 cup milk
2-3 T oil

Directions:
Directions:
While mixing batter, place cast iron skillet with 2-3 T oil in preheated 425 oven.
Remove pan from oven, put 1 T oil into batter and mix well.
Pour batter into hot skillet and bake about 20 minutes or until brown. Remove from oven. Slice and serve.
