1 pork butt roast
16 ounces tomato puree
1 med onion chopped
1 tsp minced garlic

4 tsp brown sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 Tbs brown mustard
1 cup Ketchup
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a crock pot: Add pork roast, onion garlic and puree to crock and cook on high heat for 8 hours. Remove meat and shred.
Drain/ spoon as much fat from the top of cooking liquid as possible.
Add maple syrup and brown sugar, mustard, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce to crock. Keep on high heat with cover off to thicken slightly. When sauce is thickened about 1/2 hour, return meat to pot and cook another hour on low.
