3 cups flour
1 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
2 cups sugar
1 cups oil (canola or similar)
1 t. butter flavoring
1 can (8oz) crushed pineapple
2 medium bananas, chopped
1 cup pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients by hand, stirring well before each new ingredient is added. Bake in a greased and floured bundt pan at 350 for 60-70 minutes.
Cool 1 hour before removing from pan. This is so easy, only one bowl and it is a delicious, moist cake.
