1 lb bulk pork sausage (no casing)
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp groun mustard
6 slices white bread, torn in 1/2 inch cubes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and crumble sausage in a skillet, pour off drippings and set aside
In a large bowel, beat eggs.
Add milk, salt, mustard, stir well
Add bread, cheese, sausage, stir well
Pour into 9x13 baking dish
Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight
Bake, uncovered, at 350º for about 45 minutes or knife inserted in the center comes clean

Substitute spinach or bacon instead of sausage. You can also leave these all out and just have the egg casserole. Big hit for Beckmann weekends!
