Cookie:
1¼ c flour
¼ c sugar
½ c butter, softened

Icing:
3 T confectioners sugar
½ to ¾ tsp water
Food coloring
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Chill dough. Flour and roll out dough. Using cookie cutters cut into shapes. Bake at 325º for 15 to 20 minutes.

Mix together icing ingredients, using food color to achieve desired color. Ice cookies after they have completely cooled.
