1 box Uncle Ben's wild rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups cooked chicken
1½ cups frozen vegetables
½ cups of milk
½ stalk celery diced
½ tbsp butter
salt and pepper
½ onion diced
5 slices of Swiss cheese
⅓ cup toasted almonds

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook box of rice according to directions.
2. In skillet melt butter and saute onion and celery over medium heat until softened.
3. Once cooked, spoon rice, into a large bowl.
4. To the rice, add mushroom soup, chicken, vegetables, milk, cooked onion and celery salt and pepper.
5. Spread into casserole dish. Top with cheese and almonds.
6. Cover with foil and warm at 300º for at least 30 minutes and up to 60.
