4 large or 8 small cucumber, seeded,pureed,and thinly sliced 2 cups cold water 2 small onion, thinly sliced 1 tsp.salt 4 shakes pepper 4 Tbsp.flour 4 cups chicken stock b1 cup heavy cream chives,chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cucumber, onions, salt and pepper in water until soft.Cool.Puree in blender;strain and set aside. Blend flour and chicken stock until smooth. Add cucumber puree and stir over heat about 1 minutes.Correct seasoning and cool.Add heavy cream and refrigerate. Serve cold with chopped chives on top.
