2-lbs.bacon 2 cups chopped green peppers 8-ozs.canned pimentos drained and chopped 1 tsp.salt 1/2 tsp.pepper 1 Tbsp.paprika 1 quarter oysters rock salt

Directions:
Directions:
Chop uncooked bacon fine,add peppers, pimientos salt, pepper and paprika. Fill natural oyster shell with oysters. Cover with bacon mixtures. Heat rock salt on steel platter or broiler pan covered well with aluminium foil. Place filled oysters on heated rock salt and cook until broiler until golden brown on top.Note: If oyster shells are not available, this can be made in a 11/2-quart casserole, alternating layers of oysters and bacon mixture ending with bacon mixture on top.Bake at 350*f.about 40 minutes.
