1- lbs.sharp. cheddar cheese, grated 1 chopped pecans 1 cup(scant) mayonnaise black pepper to taste strawberry preserves
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all except preserves.Mold into dseirrd shape ( a ring mold is good).Place in refrigerator until chilled. When ready to serve fill center with strawberry preserves. This may be as an appetizer or with the maincourse.
