8-onces cream cheese 1/2 cup butter 1 cups flour 1/8 tsp.salt Dash cayenne pepper American or Cheddar cheese,cut in small pieces( about 1/3" x1/4")

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and cream cheese. Add flour, salt and cayenne pepper. Mix and shape into a ball.Chill. Roll thin.Cut in two- inch squares
Put a piece of cheese in each square. Fold in triangles. Press edge with a fork.Freeze:Baking time frozen-450*F.for 5 to 7 minutes
