1 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. sea salt
freshly ground pepper
2 cloves grated garlic
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 -10 oz. can tomato soup
1 cup water
3 Tbsp. uncooked rice
3 cups coarsely shredded cabbage

Directions:

Brown the ground beef. Add the onions and seasonings. Stir in the tomato soup, water, and rice.
Line a large flat casserole dish with half the shredded cabbage. Pour the meat mixture over the cabbage.
Top with the rest of the cabbage. If you like a sour taste you can sprinkle about 1/2 cup sauerkraut over the cabbage or mix it with the cabbage. It gives it a nice flavour.
Cover and bake for 1-1/4 hours in a 325º F oven.
