3 separated egg whites
1/8 tsp cream tarter
3 T softened cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Whip egg whites and cream of tartar into stiff peaks and set aside.
Mix yolks and cream cheese together.
Then fold in the egg whites.
This recipe makes nine clouds.
Scoop them out with the half cup on to the pan
Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes and cool for an hour.
Once they have been cooled keep frozen until used.
