Chicken Wings Recipe

2-3 lbs chicken wings
2-3 tbsp. Franks Red Hot Sauce
3 c. flour
pepper to taste
unscented garbage bag
non-stick tin foil

Hot Sauce:
1 c. Franks Red Hot Sauce or desired hot sauce
stick butter
fresh minced garlic (optional)

Honey Sriracha Sauce:
⅓ c. honey
c. sriracha
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Pre heat oven to 400 and place oven racks evenly apart
1. Cut wings into drums and flats (discard the tips) with knife and place in large bowl
2. Drizzle hot sauce over uncooked wings, pepper, and toss
3. Put flour in garbage bag
4. Put wings in garbage bag and shake to evenly coat (about 2-3 minutes)
5. Line 2 baking trays with tin foil (non-stick side up) and spray a light coat of Pam on the tin foil
6. Remove excess flour (by tapping wings together) and place wings on baking trays, let sit on pan for 3- 5 minutes
7. Spray a light coating of Pam over the wings
8. Place in oven for 30 minutes
9. Flip wings
10. Place in oven for 30 minutes
11. Place wings in a large mixing bowl, pour sauce of choice over them, and toss

Hot sauce:
1. In a sauce pan, melt butter into hot sauce and add garlic. Remove from heat once combined

Honey sriracha sauce:
1. In a sauce pan, bring honey, Sriracha, and soy sauce to a light boil
