Ingredients:  
1 lbs. Italian sausage
2 jars pasta sauce (I like Newman's)
1 bottle cooking sherry
4 cloves garlic
white onion diced
basil leaves (approximately 10)
salt and pepper
pasta noodle of choice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown ground sausage, garlic, and onion
2. Add pasta sauce, sherry, and basil leaves
3. Bring to boil and them simmer 15-20 minutes
4. Add to favorite pasta (my favorite is Angel Hair)
