10 white castle burgers
8 oz. pkg.cream cheese
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 finely chopped onion
9 oz. hot pepper jack cheese
2/3 cup milk
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and mustard together and spread in bottom of large, shallow baking dish(I use a half-sized cake pan).Spread onion evenly on top of cheese and onion. Cut cheese into chunks, add milk and melt in microwave for 1-2 minutes. Stir until creamy. Pour cheese mixture over white castles. Sprinkle parsley flakes on top. Heat 3-4 minutes on high in the microwave. Serve with a large bag of tortilla chips.
