⅔ c. cracker crumbs
1 c. milk
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
2 eggs
c. chopped white onion
1 tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper

Piquant sauce:
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. Ketchup
tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:

1. Combine first ingredients
2. Place in loaf pan
3. Mix sauce ingredients
4. Top with piquant sauce

Bake 350 oven for 1 hour 15-30 minutes
