2 Lbs. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cut green beans, drained
1 can tomato soup
1/4 cup water
1 bag tater tots
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
* Preheat oven to 375º
* In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion.
* Drain off any grease in the skillet and add salt and pepper to taste.
* To the browned beef, add the green beans, tomato soup and water.
* Bring to a simmer and cook 5 minutes. Taste again and re-season if necessary.
* Pour meat filling into a 2 qt. baking dish.
* Top the meat filing with the tater tots, standing them up in little rows.
* Bake the pie in the oven for 40-45 minutes or until the tater tots are brown and crispy.
* Remove the baking dish from the oven and serve.

This pie has everything you need.... just add a side salad and your meal is complete.
If you are not a fan of tater tots, you can top the meat filling with mashed potatoes and bake until the potatoes are golden.
