1 c. Italian bread crumbs, divided
10 oz. solid white albacore tuna, drained
2 eggs
1 c. chopped, cooked broccoli
Coconut oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together ½ c. of the bread crumbs with the tuna, eggs, and cooked broccoli. Form into little patties.
Add remaining bread crumbs to a bowl and place tuna patty in crumbs to coat both sides.
In a large skillet, put in enough coconut oil to cover the bottom. Place the patties in the skillet and cook on medium heat, flopping the patty to ensure each side browns evenly. Remove from skillet and place on a plate with paper towels to soak up remaining oil.
Serve hot.
