4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
3-4 boiled eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter in a sauce pan on low heat, then add the flour and whisk.
Immediately add the milk and whisk until flour is dissolved. Cook on low heat and whisk every couple minutes until sauce is thick.
Season with salt & pepper or bullion cubes.
Cut up your boiled eggs to desired size and then add to your gravy mixture.
You can serve over toast or biscuits.

*Optional: You can either just salt and pepper your egg gravy, add 1-2 chicken bullion cubes or 1-2 beef bullion cubes. (Dissolve bullion cubes in a tbsp. of boiling water before adding to the gravy mixture.)
