3 potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 pound ground chuck
1 can (8 1/2 ounce) corn, drained
1 can (2.8 ounce) French-fried onion rings
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 package brown gravy mix
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Brown ground meat and drain. In a casserole, layer mashed potatoes, corn, 1/2 of the onion rings, 1/4 cup of the cheese, and the ground meat. Sprinkle with pepper. Top with the other 1/2 of the onion rings and the cheese. Prepare gravy mix according to package directions and pour over contents of the casserole;cover. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly.
