1 can tuna
1½ T mayonaise
1 T mustard
1tsp lemon juice
radish (chopped)
green onion(chopped)
celery(chopped)

Directions:

You can put in as little or as much radish onion and celery as you like. Mix all ingredients together and spread on bread.

Page would not eat fresh fish. Said she had to clean the pickerel in the spring, when she was young, and that put her off. But she ate canned fish!
