1 turnip
¼c butter
½tsp thyme
½tsp ginger
¼c maple syrup
2 green onions

Directions:

Cut the turnip into 1" squares. In a pan melt the butter, add the cooked turnip and brown. Sprinkle with thyme, ginger, s and p. Pour in maple syrup and stir till glazed. Sprinkle with chopped green onions just before serving.
