Pork Shoulder or Pork Butt
1 onion sliced
2 or 3 garlic cloves chopped
Jar of Salsa Verde
½ to 1 cup sour cream (real, not low fat)

Directions:
Directions:
Salt, pepper and brown pork in oil in dutch oven.
Add onion and garlic and cook for a couple minutes then add the salsa verde.
Cover and let cook for 3 to 4 hours.
Once meat is falling apart, let cool a little, remove fat chunks and bone and shred meat.
Season with salt and pepper as needed.
Add sour cream.

You can make this in a crock pot or in the oven. If you make it in the oven, you may need to add water or broth. in the crock pot, you won't need to add extra liquid.
I like the Frontera brand or Herdez brand of Salsa Verde. They both use Tomatillos and many other brands don't.
You can serve over rice, in burritos or tacos.
