2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
2-3 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
3 (6-7 oz. each) salmon fillets
1 1/2 tsp. olive oil
2 green onions, chopped

Directions:

* In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
* Place salmon fillets in a large resealable ziplock bag and pour marinade over.
* Squeeze as much air out as possible and seal the bag.
* Gently move fillets around inside the bag to make sure they are all evenly coated.
* Place the bag in the refrigerator and marinate 15 minutes.
* Preheat a large non-stick skillet on medium-low heat.
* Add the olive oil, making sure it coats the bottom of the skillet evenly. Add a splash more if you need to.
* Place the salmon fillets in the skillet. Cover with the lid and cook for 3 minutes.
* Remove the lid and cook another minute. Flip the fillets over.
* Cover the skillet with the lid and cook another 3 minutes. Remove the lid and cook another minute.
* Remove the fillets to a plate and garnish with the green onions.
* Serve with any kind of rice and a salad or steamed broccoli.
