1 c shortening
1 c white sugar
1 c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
3 c quick cooking oatmeal
1 pkg chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream the shortening, white sugar and brown sugar. Add the rest and mix well. Drop by teaspoon and bake at 350º for 10 to 15 minutes.
