3c whole wheat flour
1c shortening
2tsp baking powder
1c brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla together. Mix the bking pwdr into the flour and mix into the shortening mix till just mixed. Roll to 1/4" thick and fit into tart tins like regular pastry. Put a tsp of jam into each shell. Bake ate 375 Bake about 20 minutes
