4 cubes chicken bouillon
6 cups water
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup celery
3 cups peeled and cubed potatoes
1 (10 ounce) frozen mixed vegatables
1(10 ounce) frozen chopped broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pound velvetta cubed

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large soup pot, dissolve chicken bouillon cubes in six cups water.
2. Add all the vegetables, fresh and frozen to the pot.
3. Simmer for 30 minutes.
4. Stir in cream of chicken soup.
5. Add cheese, and mix until melted.
