Use medium size asparagus spears
Cut each prosciutto slice in half crosswise.
Spread cream cheese or any soft spreadable cheese like Boursin onto each half slice of prosciutto.
Wrap cheese topped prosciutto around each asparagus spear.
Place wrapped asparagus onto a parchment paper lined baking pan.
Bake at 400°F for about 15 minutes or until meat has browned.

Directions:
An easy and yummy appetizer when asparagus is in season.
Keep the cheese spread on the thin side so it doesn't melt away when cooking. I also brush a little oil on the tips of the asparagus before cooking and a sprinkle of salt.
Enjoy!
