1st Layer:
1 c flour
1/2 c butter
1/2 c nuts (optional)

2nd Layer:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 c powdered sugar
1 c Cool Whip

3rd Layer:
2 pkg chocolate instant pudding
3 c milk

Topping:
Remainder of Cool Whip
1 chocolate bar, slivered

Directions:
Mix first layer ingredients together and spread into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 375º for 15 minutes. Mix together second layer and spread on baked layer. Mix and spread third layer on top of second layer. Let set. Top with remainder of Cool Whip and slice slivers of chocolate candy bar on top of Cool Whip. Keep in refrigerator until served. Can be made with instant butterscotch or vanilla pudding and topped with coconut or chopped nuts instead of chocolate slivers.
