Non stick pan and spatula
Butter
Any time of bread you like
Eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

Take the bread and make a hole in the middle of the bread
Apply butter around bread
Heat pan and place butter side down in plan
Crack egg inside the cut out center
Cook egg over easy and flip to other side
Be sure to butter both sides
Remove from heat and serve
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
Use the center of the bread removed and soak up the egg
Cook the small piece in pan
