3 lrg chicken breast cooked and shredded
2 T oil
1 onion chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 cans chicken broth
2 C broccoli florets, cut into bite size pieces
1¾ C uncooked orzo
1 can corn, undrained
¼ t salt
¼ t pepper
¾ C grated parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil on med high heat. Add onion and garlic; cook for 2 mins.

Add broth, broccoli, and orzo. Reduce heat to med; cover and cook 6 mins, stirring frequently. Add chicken; cook 6 mins. mix in corn, salt, and pepper. Cook 5 mins or until done.

Remove from heat and add cheese

If all broth is absorbed before pasta is done, add water, a few Tablespoons at a time, and continue cooking to desired doneness.
