C. soy sauce
C. water
C. sugar
t.. ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 chicken, cut up

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, combine soy sauce, sugar, water, ginger, and garlic. Heat over med heat. When steaming, add chicken. Bring to a boil; cover and cook at med low heat 40 mins to 1 hour. Remove cover and cook until liquid evaporates and syrup begins to stick to chicken.
