2 pie crusts
⅓ C butter
⅓ C chopped onion
⅓ C flour
t salt
t pepper
1 C chicken broth
⅔ C milk
2-3 C cooked chicken chunks
2 C. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425. Prepare pie crust. Saute onion in butter. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper until well blended. Gradually stir in broth and milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until bubbly and thickened.

Add chicken and veggies. Put in pie pan and cover with 2nd pie crust. Cut slits in several places.

Bake for 30-40 mins or until crust is golden brown. Let stand 5 mins before serving.
