1 Jalapeno, seeded and finely diced (Uncle Ken or Aunt Diane are the best at dicing)
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper (CT AJ has this so don't buy it)
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
black pepper to taste
3 tablespoon olive oil
2 cucumbers, very finely sliced (CT AJ has a really cool slicer but you have to promise not to cut yourself)
4 tablespoon minced cilantro, to taste

Just mix it all together in a bowl. I got this off the internet and forgot to get the instructions but really, how hard can it be?
