3 cups COOKIEMIX (Recipe in Preparedness section)
3 Tbls. milk, more if necessary
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1/2 cup nuts or coconut
1 cup choc. chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Grease baking sheets. In a large bowl combine COOKIE MIX,milk, vanilla and egg. Blend well. Stir in nuts or coconut and choc. chips.
Drop by tsp onto prepared baking sheets...Bake 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Makes 24 cookies.
