2 egg whites
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon mint flavoring
Green food coloring
6 ounces mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees for at least 30 minutes.
Beat egg whites until stiff gradually adding sugar. Stir in remaining ingredients using food coloring to shade as desired. Drop onto aluminum covered cookie sheets by the teaspoon. Place in oven. Immediately turn oven off!!! Leave in oven overnight or several hours until cool enough to remove pans by hand. Put carefully into airtight container until served.
