1 lb ground pork
1/2 C water
1/4 C dry oatmeal
1 medium onion , grated
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp all spice
1/4 tsp cloves
3/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, cook over low heat in frying pan, stirring often.
Let mixture cool.
Fill pie crust. Add top crust, crimping at the sides.
Poke holes in top crust with fork. Brush top with milk and sprinkle with garlic salt.
Bake at 400F until crust is brown.
