1Tbsp olive oil
1 pound ground Turkey
1 1/2 tsp olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 bay leaves
1/2 cup white wine
1(15oz) can diced tomatoes
1/3 cup chopped green olives
1/3 cup raisins
1 (15oz) can black beans, drained
1Tbsp olive brine
1 Tbsp capers
2 tsp cayenne pepper, or to taste
2 tsp ground cumin

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in large skillet over medium-high
heat and stir in the ground turkey. Cook and stir until
turkey is crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink.
Remove the turkey and drains and discard any excess
grease.

2. Heat 1 1/2 tsp olive oil in the skillet over medium
heat. Add the onions, bell peppers, garlic and bay leaves;
cook and stir until the onion has softened and turned
slightly brown. Stir in the cooked turkey, wine, tomatoes,
olives, raisins, black beans, olive brine, capers, cayenne,
and cumin. Simmer about 15 minutes.

3. Serve on hamburger buns to make Cuban Sloppy Joes
or my favorite over a bed of cooked rice.

This is my current favorite go to meal.
When I serve it over rice it can be our dinner 3 times.
I love the combination of olives and raisins.
