1 1/2 bags Chow Mein noodles
6 cups celery, cut on a diagonal
1 1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 1/2 lbs cashews, broken is fine
3 cans mushroom soup
3 cans chicken soup
5 cups chicken - boiled, deboned, diced
1 (8oz) pkg mushrooms, sliced or chopped
2 cans water chestnuts
2 handfuls of fresh pea pods

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except 1/2 the noodles.

Divide the mixture into (2) 9X13 pans; sprinkle with remaining noodles.

Bake at 350 for 30-45 min
