2 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 F. Put butter in an 8" pyrex pie pan.
Place the pan in the oven and watch it carefully, until the
butter melts.
Remove immediately. Mix flour, milk and eggs; pour into
the pie pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
Bake for 15 minutes. The eggs will puff up and turn very
lightly brown.
While waiting for the eggs to bake prepare fresh fruit to
serve on top.
