1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup mashed ripe bananas(about 2 medium)
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp grated orange peel
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add the eggs one at time, beating well after each addition. Beat in banana, milk orange peel and extracts. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; add to the creamed mixture just until moistened. Fold in the coconut, nuts and pineapple. Transfer to a greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake 350º for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center come out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
