12 flour tortillas
2 lbs ground beef
2 ½ cups shredded cheese
½ cup chopped onion
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can black olives chopped
1 can green chilies
1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. In bowl, mix ground beef, cheese, olives, green chilies. Scoop generous amount of mixture into center of tortilla. Roll up and place in baking dish, seam side down. Mix cream of chicken soup and enchilada sauce and pour over the tortillas. Cover with tin foil and bake at 350º for 1 hour. About 10 minutes before removing from oven, remove tinfoil and sprinkle shredded cheese on top and continue baking uncovered. Let sit 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with lettuce.

You also use chicken instead of ground beef.
