1 large pkg. oreo cookies
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 large container cool whip
2 3 oz. boxes instand vanilla
pudding
3 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Crush cookies and put crumbs in 9 x 13 - inch pan. Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar. Fold in cool whip. In a separate bowl, mix pudding, milk, and vanilla. Fold 2 mixtures together and pour into pan on crumbs. Spread remaining crumbs over top. Can be served frozen or chilled.
