large shoulder roast
salt and pepper
6-7 cloves of garlic
1 family size cream of mushroom soup
2-3 cans cream of celery soup
Kitchen Bouquet

Directions:
Directions:
Stuff garlic in roast and season roast with salt and pepper, use pepper liberally

Mix soups in the crock pot and add enough Kitchen Bouquet to make a brown gravy color. Place roast on top of soups and cook on low overnight.

Carrots and potatoes can be added if desired before cooking.
