CRUST:
3 cups graham cracker crumbs
9 tbsp. melted butter
6 tbsp. sugar

FILLING:
2 pkgs. cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
1 8 oz. cool whip

TOPPING:
2 large boxes Lemon Jello instant pudding
1 8 oz. cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix lemon pudding according to directions on package and set aside. In a 9 x 13 dish, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Mix well then press into bottom of dish. With a hand mixer, mix cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and mix until creamy, Fold in cool whip (8ozs), making sure not to over mix. Spread cream cheese mixture over crust. Pour lemon pudding over cream cheese mix and then top with the other 8ozs of cool whip.
